ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier, method, and location.
At this time, we ship within North America only.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Need to make a change? Email us as soon as possible at orders@caseyjopaperco.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, we can’t guarantee updates once it’s been processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’re happy to offer a replacement or exchange when needed.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
